Hello I am Ferdi and my wife is Stella we have been providing a Private Car Hire Service, from our home in Bracknell over the past 33 years. I started operating as a Taxi driver and was soon pushed to working with my customers as a private car hire service. My business has been growing rapidly and word has been spreading around the South East of England about the friendly service that we give to our clients. My wife Stella and a group of self employed drivers have helped me to look after my clients with total safety, comfort and punctuality during their journeys and with all their bookings.
Although our service has remained a humble but successful Taxi Service, we have not been able to use the Taxi Ranks to serve the public we had to go Private Hire and now offer a service to our customers over the Telephone or over the Internet by email. Thanks to my customers that have loyally been passing on the word to their friends and colleges and other businesses I have been able to build up a service in all the neighbouring towns and cities and use good drivers in each of these towns to cover the demand in their home towns and cover for other drivers in other places. I am now trying to extend this service to more people and thus hoping to be able to use more drivers more effectively. I am absolutely sure that this is going to be more cost effective to the customer and more cost efficient to the driver.
In this time of hardship, I have seen many good drivers leaving the trade and being forced to become unemployed because the people that used their service have had to cut back on their local and business Travel. Now the slow but essential traffic the drivers left behind has been coming my way through my customers recommending my private car hire services to them. I can only hope that through meeting the new customers, I can find out who drove them previously and bring them back to employment into the service they so loved to provide. It is very difficult to find people that enjoy what they do to make a living out of it and it even more difficult for these same people to find work anywhere else.
I take great pleasure to thank you all for the very special loyalty you have shown me over the years. It has kept me very happy as I am constantly making new friends in you, my customers and the drivers that help me to keep your travel needs fulfilled to your satisfaction. I hope I can continue to be of service to you and be able to provide more drivers with work. I am looking to provide you with a wider choice of drivers and vehicles and most of all cost effective journeys in comfort and style.
